Some of the duties our guards carry out on site include:

Regular internal/external patrols at hourly intervals to ensure constant physical presence on site.

Keep a patrol log and get a hand over signature from the site manager at the start and end of the shifts.

All incidents, sightings and suspicious behaviour will be reported to site management. Security guards will liaise with the emergency services in case of any incidents.

We have 24/7 control room capabilities for immediate back-up and support.

If required, our guards can also carry out random searches of vehicles and personnel to ensure site goods are always kept secure.

Searches are always carried out in a polite, civil, lawful and efficient manner with a witness present.

All our security officers are fully uniformed and take pride in their presentation as they are a figure of authority for the site and very often the first point of contact for our clients premises.

Control and monitor the movement of vehicles and personnel to and from the site.

Carefully apply their training, ensuring the premises are fully protected.

All our guards wear high viz vests, clearly identifiable as figures of authority.

Security guards will fill out vehicle log sheets to track all vehicles movements in and out of the site.

All of our guards are trained to use our unique Guard Tour System to validate their presence and patrols. This is a guard tracking system. During the site survey, with the assistance of site management we plan the patrol route for the guard and install check points around the perimeter. We ulitise NFC tags, QR Codes and GPS geo-fencing technologies. Our officers scan each check point to ensure that regular patrols are being carried out on each shift. Reports are electronically created and reviewed daily by our guard supervisory teams.
